Before the recipes, there is a three page introduction and five pages of content about forty-two ingredients. A single page lists ten suppliers in the area of London. Two pages provide ten menus for groups of two to eight persons. After the recipes, there is a three page, three column, cross-referenced recipe index. All of the color drawings are by Christine Simpson.
